All the coaches are qualified ECB coaches. Head coach Kadeer Ali is a level 4 coach and is currently 2nd Xl coach at Worcestershire CCC. Kabeer played for Worcestershire Hampshire and Lancashire during a long and distinguished career when he took 500 first class wickets and has coached throughout the UK and internationally in T20 franchises all over the world. Omar Ali is a high performance youth coach with Warwickshire CCC and all our other coaches have had a number of years working with talented young cricketers from the area.
